Advantages and disadvantages of digital power amplifiers and analog power amplifiers

Each level of sound in a digital power amplifier corresponds to a specific encoding, and at the sound input end, each sampling can transmit the corresponding encoding. Its advantages include high efficiency, low heat dissipation requirements, simple peripheral circuits, low cost, and small weight. However, its disadvantages include poor human voice reproduction and significant distortion.
On the other hand, analog power amplifiers have the opposite, with the disadvantage of high cost, high heat dissipation requirements, and heavy weight. However, the advantage is that the sound produced is better than that of digital amplifiers. Generally, those who pursue sound effects will choose analog amplifiers, which also depends on their own needs.
